The project we would like a vet to assist with focuses on free-roaming domestic dog sterilisation. This project aims to maintain control of the dog population in Maun and its surrounding area and more importantly perhaps to conserve our precious wildlife. Position: volunteer veterinary surgeon Job: animal examinations and sterilisations What we provide: food, accommodation and transport; a friendly supportive team; amazing experiences working with local communities and their pets and the opportunity of a lifetime at the end of it all!!! What we need from you: pay your fare, be okay to work in rather rudimentary circumstances (with all the requisite drugs and instruments), have a great sense of humour (we laugh a lot here) and a willingness to go with the flow.
