There are many different animal charity careers and our team of careers advisers are happy to provide free advice on careers and training. We strive to raise standards in the animal care sector through education. Employees can make a huge difference to the animals in their care and to animal welfare if they are empowered with the right skills.
We work closely with various animal charities and provide discounts for training bookings made by charities for their staff or volunteers. We offer bespoke practical training days for animal charities where our trainers travel to deliver training at the charity's premises and are happy to advise on staff or volunteer training options and packages; please get in touch for more information.
We run a successful Job Board and offer a free trial for all animal welfare charities. After the trial period, we have discounted rates for charities and will continue to run your recruitment advert at no additional cost until the right candidate is found.

Rescue Aid for Animals is a friendly network of volunteers who have come together to form RAFA. Their aim is to save as many unwanted and 'at risk' animals as possible. They are able to do this by means of fostering, home checking, transporting, fundraising and much more. This organisation is a valuable tool for all rescues and animals.
Walking For Lions is a charity that makes a difference on the ground, saving and protecting the remaining wild lions in Africa. Their mission is to protect lions in various areas of Africa by supporting local communities that struggle with lions/livestock conflict.
Born Free takes action worldwide to save lives, stop suffering and protect species in the wild. Born Free never forgets the individual. Our emergency teams rescue vulnerable animals from appalling lives of misery in tiny cages, often barren of any enrichment, and gives them lifetime care in spacious bush sanctuaries.
The GRI - Zambia Primate Project, established by and with on-going support of the Born Free Foundation, is one of Africa’s most established and successful primate release programmes. Its mission is to rescue and rehabilitate injured, orphaned and illegally held ‘pet’ vervet monkeys and yellow baboons for release back to the wild.
Here at Staffordshire Bull Terrier Rescue, we are an entirely voluntary organisation. We are totally dependent on donations and fundraising efforts.
Due to overbreeding, many Staffordshire Bull Terriers are ending up in the Council Pounds or Rescues. If you are looking for a dog or a pup, please consider one of the dogs in our Rescue.
