| When
deciding on a career with animals, there are many different options to
consider; many are well known animal career choices and others you may
not have heard of or considered. Career opportunities with animals vary
from dog trainer to zoologist, vet to wildlife photographer, marine
biologist to pet sitter and many more. We will give you details of just about about every ethical career
opportunity working with animals. (We don't promote career
opportunities that involve commercial breeding or animal exploitation) |
PART 2
Training advice
|
We will give you valuable training advice and links to training organisations and institutes. In response to the many enquiries we receive about home study courses we compiled a variety
of high quality online courses ranging from level 1 to level 5.
|
PART 3
Finding Work Experience |
Volunteering
is a great way to obtain hands on experience and a better understanding
of the many different career options open to those wishing to work with
animals. Whether you are a school leaver, seeking a career change, or
are undecided about whether working within the animal welfare sector is
for you, then voluntary work is a great way to find out.
At the same time as giving you the tremendous satisfaction of helping
animals in need, your volunteer work can also be an excellent career
move as well as providing you with a reference. The experience will
enable you to gain experience in the specific type of animal care that
you aspire to work in. |
PART 4
Preparing a CV |
|

you are changing your career path. Animal Jobs Direct has teamed up
