A Career as Farm Manager
Farm Manager: There has been a tremendous growth in the organic farming sector and this has in turn provided further employment options in an area many regard as taking a more humane approach to animal welfare.Farming Management Course Have you always wanted to work your own farm, or have the land, but not the skills? This unique course in Farming and Management will provide you with the skills needed to achieve these tasks. On completion of your course, you will receive two qualifications: Qualification 1: Farming Management Diploma Farming Management Diploma issued by Stonebridge Associated Colleges, entitling you to use the letters SAC Dip after your name. Qualification 2: ASET Level 3 Farming Management Award This Course leads to an ASET Level 3 Award Certificate for successful learners. That means that it is independently accredited at a level of learning equivalent to level 3 on the National Qualifications Framework (NFQ) for England, Wales and Northern Ireland (in which case GCSE's are at levels 1 and 2 and A Levels are at level 3). Diploma in Smallholding Management This Diploma course is aimed at those with an interest in running a smallholding, either in an employment capacity, or simply for pleasure, or to live a self-sufficient lifestyle. The Diploma in Smallholding Management will be awarded by Oxford College to those students who satisfactorily complete all 10 Units of this course.
