Development Officer – Supporter Care

Location:        Highbury, London N7

Duration:        Permanent

Reporting to:   Development Director

Salary:            Up to £26,101 depending on experience

Summary of Post:


You will be an experienced supporter care specialist and will form the front line of the organisation’s supporter care effort. As a vital component to the continuing success of the organisation, you will work to plan, manage, monitor, and deliver an effective supporter care strategy.


As an integral part of the fundraising effort you will be an accomplished communicator fielding multi-channel supporter enquiries; your thorough and conscientious response handling, data management and excellent customer care will guarantee an efficiently managed donor care journey for supporters.

In the rolling out of project delivery and in conjunction with the Development Director, you will act as an advocate for supporter care issues and ensure that all organisational outputs encourage supporter feedback and enable a two-way-flow of information between the BUAV and its supporters.

Coordinating supporter focused fundraising efforts, and working closely with colleagues and suppliers your contribution will significantly help advance the organisations Vision, Mission, and Values.
