University of Wales Bangor Marine Biology and Zoology, Joint honours degree This is a specialist joint honours degree course which gives a wide overview of the diversity of animal life and ecosystems on this planet, ranging from the mountains to the deep sea trenches. It is currently the only combination of its kind in the UK and is well suited for students who have already developed a specialised interest within the diverse field of marine biology. Marine Biology and Oceanography This joint honours degree course, taught wholly within the School of Ocean Sciences, will appeal to students who wish to combine an in-depth study of marine biology with other aspects of marine science.
